KAC Communications Job Request Form

Note that a minimum two-week lead time is needed for all projects. This would be two-weeks after all information and materials needed for the project have been supplied to Communications. The project will not be started until all project details and elements have been submitted to the Communications Department so please be very thorough in filling out this form.

Please include the department budget number to be billed if inside the Conference Office

*Do you need a Product or a Plan?

A Product includes such items as website updates, postcards, banners, etc.

A Plan is a marketing plan that includes creating a concept and developing all the necessary items to go with it - logo design, plus online information, plus video,  plus printed materials, etc.
